  • Manage websites, applications, and social media
  • Manage budget, deadlines, objectives, and schedules
  • Coordinate and implement media engagement i.e. coordinate press releases, press interviews, radio interviews, TV interviews, and press conferences as and when required
  • Software and multi-channel application support services for applications, websites, and social media (a specific amount of hours per month)
  • Hosting of application data (applications and websites) on a trustworthy platform
  • Coordinate content creation of articles, reports, and information for websites, applications, blogs, and social media accounts


    Website

  • Content updates (weekly); this can include or exclude structural changes to the website
  • To assist the CLIENT to create a new webpage or to better manage a current webpage
  • Social media
  • Create content to grow and expand organisation’s social media presence
  • Create and implement social media post schedule
  • Ensure brand consistency by working with the CLIENT’s different divisions
  • Monitor social media inbox and direct messaging interaction and communicate with relevant respondents
  • Social media paid advertising with campaign analytic reports
  • Develop regular reports on media activity for the CLIENT
  • Keep annual calendar of events and activities organised and updated
